The Raja Yoga Course is the basic overview of the yoga teachings. This is a six week course that covers the yoga philosophy and meditation techniques (except Kriya Yoga) that a person needs to know in order to have a clear sense of what they are trying to accomplish in the spiritual life. Sadhana Yoga (Hatha Yoga) is taught separately.
